With 13.5 years in high-hazard chemical manufacturing across DuPont, Chemours, Cornerstone Chemical, and Arclin, my technical background was built where system failure is not an option. As a Senior Lead Process Automation and Controls Engineer and Honeywell Certified Associate, I spent eight years with full operational ownership of critical Process Control Networks (PCN), ruggedized industrial server environments, and Honeywell SIL 3 Safety Instrumented Systems.
My background spans managing multi-million-dollar capital infrastructure budgets, directing multi-year Life Cycle Management migrations from legacy DCS to modern Experion PKS architectures, and maintaining 24/7 operational reliability. At Lloyd Logic, this engineering foundation means your hardware bills of materials and operational technology deployments are never spec’d by a catalog broker, but carefully attended to by someone who has operated and defended mission-critical physical networks.
Serving in the United States Navy from 2002 to 2007 with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Five and concluding with the 31st SRG, my leadership foundation was built on operational discipline, chain-of-command accountability, and technical execution across deployments to Kuwait, Japan, California, and Texas. My dedication to the highest quality of service earned me a Command Advancement Program (CAP) nomination and served as my command’s sole nominee for the competitive Enlisted to Admiral commissioning program.
During a deployment to Camp Shields in Okinawa, Japan, I directed Trouble Desk maintenance operations for 49 personnel across four shops, successfully executing 1,472 maintenance work orders while re-engineering the base’s tracking database to recover 580 man-hours of manual labor. At Lloyd Logic, that operational background directly shapes how we execute procurement. To ensure Lloyd Logic operates with strict fiscal governance and regulatory discipline, my technical background is backed by formal academic and executive education. Through Harvard Business School Online, I completed core business credentials across Financial Accounting, Business Strategy, Business Analytics, and Negotiation, Trust & Ethics, grounding our operations in balance-sheet stability, data-driven forecasting, and principled contract execution. Complementing this business acumen, my Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University establishes a disciplined framework for operational risk mitigation and systemic compliance. This educational foundation reinforced by a corporate history of managing multi-million-dollar capital budgets and negotiating major vendor agreements exceeding $3 million, ensuring our partners receive dependable execution and transparent pricing models.
Beyond day-to-day technical operations, my leadership philosophy is anchored in active civic stewardship and board-level industry governance. I served over three years on the Board of Directors for the West Virginia Manufacturers Association Educational Fund (WVMAEF) better known today as the Explore program, including two years as Program Committee Chairman directing regional workforce development and technical STEM initiatives.
Throughout my industrial career, I have represented corporate enterprise across critical civic touchpoints: serving on municipal Community Advisory Panels, partnering with the West Virginia Department of Economic Development, and engaging directly with state legislators and executive leadership to align industrial growth with community resilience.
